Since Phil Walters first took his life-sized native bird silhouettes to the market back in 2009, people have come to him with requests for big birds. Some of the commissions have been huge – the most significant work was a 3-metre godwit to raise awareness of their breeding grounds in The Netherlands. Many of the birds are in public spaces but increasingly people want large-scale birds for their own backyards.

We have recreated two of our most popular birds in a larger than life scale! Our Kookaburra and Willie Wagtail are now available in a whopping 1.2 metres high and 1.6 metres high and fix flat to a wall or fence. We’ve made these in black powder-coated aluminium so they look amazing.
