All wholesale prices shown are excluding GST and all RRP prices are including GST.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES

The minimum opening order quantity for wholesale orders is 15 units of any combination.  

FREIGHT

We ship via reputable couriers or Australia Post to provide the most competitive shipping rate. Freight is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return of damaged items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to wholesale@metalbird.com.au

Metalbird Australia products are designed to rust therefore good may have begun to rust when they are received. This is not considered a fault.

PAYMENT TERMS

Initial stockist orders require payment for goods prior to being shipped. All ongoing orders are on a 14-day payment term upon receipt and approval of credit application.

We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT. Please state your invoice number as payment reference when paying via EFT.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

All goods supplied remain the property of Metalbird Australia until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 30 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt are the responsibility of the stockist.

Approved Metalbird Australia stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Metalbird Australia website for the purpose of promoting the products. High resolution images are available upon request.

LIABILTY

Metalbird Australia cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
