The Silver Gull is found virtually throughout Australia, in any water habitat but is rarely seen far from land - staying close to where it can successfully scavenger for scraps! When they aren't having any luck at nicking some fish and chips off us, they're also down to eat worms, fish, insects and crustaceans. The Silver Gull's colouration and relatively small size makes it easily distinguishable from the other two resident gulls in Australia - the Pacific Gull and the Kelp Gull.
Ours is made from 3mm Corten steel and is simply installed by pressing firmly into the ground. Tip: If installing into firm ground you may find it easier to use a hammer.
